1. Join Affero, test out the service and get a good feel for how it can "fit" into your community. Have your moderators do the same and get their feedback.

2. Consider a default profile to be used for all posts that are made by members that have not yet joined Affero. Depending on the nature of your community, you might also want to set up a poll for your members to determine who should receive donations through this default profile.
